No matter your opinion about That’s So Raven star Orlando Brown, he can still pull the numbers.
The polarizing actor did an exclusive interview with prank-master comedian and interviewing host Funny Marco, drawing in a whopping 1.5+ million views in less than three days. That’s more than the Funny Marco interviews with French Montana, Rich Homie Quan, Jayda Wayda, and Boosie.
There were a few controversies working in Brown’s favor, one being an outrageous clip of the multi-hyphen talent making a very viral comment about rapper Bow Wow. Although it does appear many took the soundbite out of context, not realizing the trolling nature and essence of a Cornbread TV and Funny Marco situation.
Some soundbite listeners automatically assumed that Brown was on drugs — another past controversy for Brown that has continuously made him a viral figure — or that he was serious, including Bow Wow himself who dismissed the actor by saying he needs help. Watching the entire 25-minute interview reveals much more than a less-than-one-minute conversation about Bow Wow that was first mentioned by Funny Marco.
In association with Breakbeat Media, Funny Marco does a superbly funny job of digging into the psyche of Brown, questioning his thoughts on Raven Simone, Bill Cosby, The Shaderoom, Disney, Nick Cannon, and his rap career. But, Funny Marco wasn’t the only one trolling. Brown had his own jokes and definitely toyed with the internet, and unlike some entertainers that take themselves too seriously, he took each of Funny Marco’s jabs on the chin.
