Tamar Braxton and celebrity hairstylist Johnny Wright are on a mission to help people suffering from the ungifted hands of terrible beauticians.
From Scout Productions’, To Catch A Beautician follows Braxton and Wright as they help hair clients confront their bad beauticians who have damaged their hair.
Once the beautician is confronted, they are put through a rigorous hair boot camp managed by Wright. Wright teaches the hairstylists how to create foundations for weave installs, color and cut hair, and more.
The show is very much needed as the black and brown community are some of the biggest consumers of haircare products and services in the U.S. The show is informative, entertaining and energetic.
It definitely is a great reminder that most of us don’t have access to our beauticians because of COVID-19. But, boy oh boy, when those hair shops open, you better believe we will all be lined up.
