Nicole Murphy suffered a loss on Monday, Nov. 4 when her mother Ellen Mitchell passed away. Murphy made the announcement via Instagram.
“Today I lost the most beautiful person in the world to me, my mom,” Murphy posted. “I love you so much. Thank you for all the beautiful times we had together. Now you can rest in peace with dad…Words can’t express how much I miss my best friend. I love you mommy.”
Celebrities sent their condolences to Murphy.
“My condolences to you and your family, my love. You all are in my prayers. Sending love and light to you,” wrote former ‘Hollywood Exes’ co-star Andrea Kelly.
‘Basketball Wives’ Shaunie O’Neal posted, “I’m so sorry @nikimurphy. I’ll be praying for you and your family. Sending all my love.”
The ‘Hollywood Exes’ star has been going through challenging times as of late. She was recently in the news for allegedly cheating with married director Antoine Fuqua.
Murphy made an appearance on ‘The Wendy Williams Show’ to clear up any confusion, but the interview actually made the situation worst.
Actress LisaRaye McCoy blasted Murphy by releasing to the press that her husband had an affair with Murphy.
Murphy denied the allegations, but McCoy continued to back up her claims saying she can provide receipts. McCoy also claimed that she has confronted the bachelorette on this issue before.
The petty drama has been ongoing despite the incident between Murphy and McCoy occurring nearly a decade ago.
