As we near the end of October, many people will be looking for good content to be entertained by while they munch on their Halloween treats. There’s always the classic horror films, but for those looking for something different that hits the spot 20th Digital Studio’s Bite Size Halloween just might be the answer.
Bite Size Halloween offers horror fanatics a series of 18 spooky short genre films that range from psychological thrillers to morality crisis horrors. Each short film is no longer than thirty minutes and are the creations of emerging filmmakers.
In its second season, the project is a part of the Huluween program on Hulu. The streaming platform has also provided some of the full shorts on their YouTube channel, as well as on FX and Freeform.
Currently on the YouTube channel is the Faride Schroeder directed short Daughters of Witches that follows a woman who brings her newborn baby to Mexico to participate in an ancient forest ritual.
Another short, Appendage, directed by Anna Zlokovic, is about a young fashion designer dealing with anxiety. While Matt Porter’s Unicorn covers a bisexual man who is contemplating a threesome with an attractive couple.
Bite Size Halloween can be streamed on Hulu now.
