Actress LisaRaye McCoy called into the Rickey Smiley Morning Show to discuss her appearance on new TV One series Uncnsrd, but the conversation quickly veered to the war of words she’s been having with Nicole Murphy over the past month.
Three weeks ago, Murphy went on The Wendy Williams Show to clear up speculation about her relationship with married director Antoine Fuqua after photos circulated online showing the two locking lips poolside in Italy.
During the interview, she suggested that the truth was not told about her breaking up McCoy’s marriage. “Her husband released a statement saying that’s not true, no one focused on that,” she told Williams.
Murphy was responding to an interview McCoy did on TMZ suggesting that Murphy “messed” with her husband and ultimately affected her marriage to former Premier of Turks and Caicos Michael Misick. McCoy added that it wouldn’t be the first or last time that Murphy has been involved with other people’s husbands.
When Rickey Smiley host Gary With Da Tea asked McCoy has she talked to Nicole Murphy lately, McCoy said that the 50-something year old beauty did a play on words when she did the interview on The Wendy Williams Show.
“I never said you broke up my marriage,” McCoy responded on the call to Rickey Smiley. “She might want to come and see me and tell me that face to face…That’s the only way to get things out… She thinks I’m lying, I welcome her to come tell me that in my face. Thank you.”
It’s interesting that everyone is getting the blame for Michael Misick’s behavior except for the man himself. He still has not been held accountable for his choices.
On her episode of Uncnsrd, McCoy blamed the demise of her marriage with Misick on actor Duane Martin. She said that after she introduced Misick to Martin, he started introducing her husband to all kind of women with the wrong intentions. “He became disrespectful with introducing my husband to different women,” McCoy said in an exclusive clip of the show. “Me and Duane don’t f**k with each other at all, f**k him.”
McCoy’s episode of Uncnsrd will premiere Sunday, Oct. 20th at 8 PM CST on TV One.
