Billboard Magazine has named the Los Angeles Recording School as the top music business school of 2020. This is the fourth consecutive year that the school has landed on Billboard’s Top Music Business Schools list.
“It’s a real honor to be recognized by Billboard Magazine,” said program manager Rob Delgadillo. “We’ve worked hard to build the reputation of our music and recording programs, and it’s great to see our business programs being recognized in this way.”
The Music Business courses are a part of the Music Production and Entertainment Business degree programs. Under these degree programs, students can opt to do a concentration in Music Business.
Students of the school have access to state-of-the-art studio spaces and a faculty that is made of Grammy-winning producers and engineers.
Founded in 1985, the private post-secondary educational institution offers entertainment-focused degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Audio Production and an Associate of Science in Audio Production and in Music Production.
Other schools that made the list included the Berklee College of Music, Los Angeles College of Music, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Pepperdine University, UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, University of North Texas College of Music and USC Jimmy Iovine Andre Young Academy.
