‘Gemini Man’ Grosses $1.6M In Thursday Night Previews, Projected To Make $20M Over Weekend

Gemini Man opened on Thursday night to a nice gross of $1.6M. The Paramount Pictures and Skydance Media collaboration is projected to make $20M over the weekend, landing at No. 3 behind Warner Bros. Joker and MGM’s The Addams Family.

The Will Smith pic had a production cost of an estimated $138M.

Critics give the movie a 29 percent rating, while audiences score the film at 85 percent. Gemini Man has a 5.3 out of 10 star rating on IMDB.

Directed by Ang Lee, the film is about an older hitman that combats his younger self. The star cast includes Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Clive Owen and Benedict Wong.
