Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Buys Atlanta Mega-Mansion

Action superstar Dwayne Johnson, 47, is living his best life. TMZ reported that the Jumanji: The Next Level actor just purchased a 14,000-plus square foot home for a mere $9 million and that’s a discount.

The Powder Springs mansion has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Built in 2003, the beautiful house is surrounded by a natural landscape full of shrubbery and trees, perfect for horseback riding and morning jogs.

The purchase makes sense for Johnson who spends a lot of his time traveling back and forth between Los Angeles and Atlanta for filming.

Johnson’s career has skyrocketed over the last decade. Starting off as a football player turned wrestler, the multi-hyphen talent suffered from depression before earning the title as the world’s biggest star.

“I wish I had someone at that time who could just pull me aside and say ‘Hey, it’s going to be OK,'” Johnson said on Oprah’s Master Class in 2015. “I wish I knew that. Just got to remember, hold on to that fundamental quality of faith. Have faith and on the other side of your pain is something good.”

Nowadays, Johnson is known for his movies and social media where he exudes positive and inspiring messages daily. Recent in the news, Johnson married his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian and added a baby girl to his growing family.
