Just when we thought it was safe, Drake surprised fans with a drop of his new two-song music video “When To Say When” and “Chicago Freestyle”.
Produced by Christian Tyler, the music video features a very adult Drake rapping in front of New York’s Marcy Projects made famous by rap king Jay-Z and the Brooklyn Bridge.
Two minutes into the video, it flashes to Drake’s home in Canada. Theo Skudra does triple duty as director, cinematographer and editor.
The music video has reached 9.6 million viewers and 471,000 likes.
