Rotimi sells hopeless romantics a dream in his latest music video for “Don’t You Ever” from his album All or Nothing. In the sexy video, an old version of Rotimi reminisces about his days of being a young heartbreaker while sailing the seas with the eye of his affection.
Directed by Damian Fyffe, the visual comes equipped with Rotimi’s signature shirtless, tattooed muscle shot and a breathtaking view of a spectacular sunset while the couple enjoys dinner — delivering an idea scenario for lovers in paradise. “Don’t You Ever” follows suit with its melodic, mid-tempo, Afrobeat-centric prose.
All or Nothing, Rotimi’s official full-length debut album, was released on Aug. 26 through label FrontRo Music Group and distributor EMPIRE. The album includes the successful R&B and pop single “Love Somebody,” which accumulated more than 13 million views on its YouTube music video debut made in Nov. 2020. That release was followed by singles “What To Do” and “Decide” from the 15-track album.
Rotimi is steadily building his fanbase and it’s only a matter of time before mainstream catches on. But, until then, we’re going to savor these moments of being a part of an exclusive circle of fans to consume all of that good music (and the accompanying visuals) for ourselves.
