Dame Dash Fresh Out Of Jail After Turning Himself In For Unpaid Child Support

According to NYC Deputy Sheriffs, Dash appeared in a Federal Court for an unrelated matter and was arrested for two outstanding warrants.

The first warrant was issued on the behalf of Cindy Morales, mother to one of Dash’s children. He reportedly owed over $62,000 for child support backdated to 2012.

A second warrant was issued in March 2019 on the behalf of Rachel Roy, who has two daughters with the former Roc-A-Fella CEO, ordering him to pay over $360,000 for child support back pay and attorney fees. Roy has custody of their two children.

“He know about warrants, he talks about it online and he knew he couldn’t come to New York because he would be arrested,” Head NYC Chief Joseph Faucito said to media. “We’ve been tracking him and finally got him.”

A very emotional Dame Dash, 49, walked out of a New York police station at Foley Square wearing a khaki colored long coat and navy blue suit.

Media was waiting for the business owner and he had a lot to say. Dash spoke about his 24 hour network and Dame Dash Studios streaming service. He also mentioned how unfair media is when they cover news about his child support issues, but don’t cover news about his business ventures.

“When the president owes money it don’t mean sh*t,” Dash told media. “Is it ’cause I’m black?”

Already annoyed, Dash jumped in a vehicle with his longtime girlfriend Raquel “Rocky” Horn.

“Got locked up for a quick second, did a short bid,” Dash said on a video while sitting in a car. “I’m out warrant free.”

Dash also has two sons from previous relationships.
