Ace Hood is officially a married man! The “Hustle Hard” rapper married his longtime girlfriend and founder of online self-love community Curvy, Curly, Conscious Shelah Marie.
The two celebrated their nuptials at the Mondrian in South Beach, Miami on Feb. 7th, according to the couple’s Instagram posts. They got engaged in April 2019.
Ace Hood, whose real name is Antoine McColister, is seen in photos embracing his mother and children.
He posted, “Changing the narrative. Shifting generational curses. My GOD I’m so grateful. #YearOfCompletion.”
Born and raised in Broward County, Florida, Ace Hood rose to Hip Hop fame as he performed in open mics and talent shows throughout Florida.
Soon, he would get a chance encounter with DJ Khaled outside of a Florida radio station where he freestyled over a beat.
DJ Khaled signed the ambitious rapper as he went on to release four studio albums and chart two songs with “Hustle Hard” and “Bugatti”.
Shelah Marie is an expert on self-love and meditation techniques. She is known for her workshop the Sustainable Theater and has partnered with The United Nations, the U.S. Embassy in Dakar, Senegal and many more entities.
