A Killer’s Confession Gives Us A Raw Sample Of Their Anticipated Magnum Opus With Latest Music Video “Last Chance”

A Killer’s Confession is not letting the COVID-19 shutdown stop them from giving their fans the gift of music. The rock band released their single “Last Chance”, produced by Sahaj Ticotin, from their forthcoming album back in April and now they are accompanying the single with a visual.

A Killer’s Confession pulled off making a video at their homes in light of the current COVID-19 orders.

“The guys in AKC are stuck at home due to the Covid-19 quarantine so due to the situation they were not able to come together to shoot this video,” a statement from A Killer’s Confession reads. “The band decided to go DIY and shot this video with handheld cameras and cell phones while sitting at home and respecting the social distancing order.”

“Last Chance” is a raw sample of A Killer’s Confession’s highly anticipated magnum opus album. Waylon Reavis lends his undeniable voice to the harrowing, soulful song “Last Chance,” backed by Thomas Church on guitar, while JP Cross is on Bass and Morgan Bauer plays drums. The entrancing lyrics are something serious, too.

“You keep on waiting for your fate to find you | I know it’s hard to see the light behind you | Your emotions are the chains that bind you | Make this life meaningful…is it possible. | Show me I am begging down on my knees | This is my last chance.”

Founded in 2016 by Waylon Reavis, the original members of A Killer’s Confession consisted of songwriter and guitarist Mathew Trumpy and producer Brian ‘Head’ Welch, who also played guitar for rock band Korn.

It only took the newly formed group thirty days to create their debut album Unbroken. It wouldn’t be long before the Ohio-based group would sign with EMP Label Group and embark on a multi-city tour that took place in December 2016.

Their debut album would release in May 2017, kickstarting a storied career in the music industry for the rock group. Just as the group was starting to see widespread success, the contract with the label ended.

Soon, A Killer’s Confession would take matters into their own hands and release their single “Angel On The Outside” and “I Wish” independently. As time passed, the band continued to work on new music, but also actively sought after a new record deal.

In a chance reunion with music executive Pepper Gomez of Wake Up! Music Group, who had tried to sign a deal with the group previously to no avail, A Killer’s Confession became the new artists on the record label’s pristine and eclectic roster.

Their discography includes “Numb,” “The Shore,” “Cocaine,” and “Rebirth.” In their catalog is the recent sophomore album The Indifference Of Good Men released on October 18, 2019 and currently available on streaming platforms.
