J. Scott Of A$AP Mob Passes Away

J. Scott, DJ to Cozy Boys and A$AP Rocky, has reportedly passed away. Details about his untimely passing have not been revealed.

J. Scott, who also goes by A$AP Snacks, joined the Mob after meeting the late A$AP Yams, founder of A$AP Mob, in New York City.

He would later become the DJ for the rap group and also play a part in A&R, management and creative.

Inspired by Houston’s DJ Screw, J. Scott was known for introducing unique sounding music, but also was adamant about not drinking or smoking.

J. Scott’s death comes five years after A$AP Yams death. Born Steven Rodriguez, A$AP Yams died of an alleged accidental overdose at the age of 26 on Jan. 18, 2015.
