Today marks former first lady Michelle Obama’s born day and her husband woke up bright and early to send a tribute to her on Twitter. The Twitter post shows the lovebirds embracing one another in fun photo booth pics.
“In every scene, you are my star, @MichelleObama! Happy birthday, baby,” the 44th U.S. President posted.
The lady of grace turns 56.
In recent news, United States’ “most admired woman” was included in a domestic violence campaign by Italian artist AleXsandro Palombo who created an illustration of a battered Obama showing bruises and scrapes on her face.
The illustration includes the words “Just because I am a woman”. The poster is being displayed alongside other women in politics, such as Hillary Clinton and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, in Milan.
In other news, the Obamas were nominated for their Netflix film American Factory, a riveting story following the General Motors plant closure in Ohio and its subsequent revamping as an auto glass factory after being purchased by a Chinese billionaire.
Michelle Obama is also producing a new series for Instagram’s IGTV called A Year Of Firsts, a docu-series following the freshman years of four college students.
The series is set to debut later in January.
