Beyonce Announces Renaissance World Tour With 40-Plus Dates

Beyonce is giving entertainer of the year and it’s barely February!  On the heels of her viral Dubai performance, the music royal announced a highly demanded 41-date world tour — maybe it’s a coincidence, but the number matches Bey’s 41 trips around the sun.

The Renaissance World Tour, a follow-up to her 2022 hit dance album, Renaissance, will start at the Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden on May 10, 2023.  International dates include multiple stops in Belgium, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, and Poland.

The tour will hit the ground running in North America on July 8, beginning in Toronto before bowing in two cities that Beyonce has roots in, Houston and New Orleans, in late September.

Registration for tickets in North American cities will be open on three different dates.  Depending on the city in which ticket buyers want to attend the tour, they will have to register in the respective group, which includes Group A (Feb. 2), Group B (Feb. 9), and Group C (Feb. 16).

Presale tickets will be available for BeyHive Members and Citi Cardmembers via Verified Fan.  International tickets will be sold at the Ticketmaster website. More information is available on Beyonce.com

When the Renaissance album was originally released, Beyoncé’s team announced there would be a three-act album rollout.  So far, only the first act has been released, but came with some masterfully curated songs, such as “Move” with Grace Jones, the viral sensations “Cuff It” and “Break My Soul,” and fan-favorite “Alien Superstar.”

But plans quickly pivoted, and Beyonce had a bigger strategy at play — creating chaos for her copycat competitors who will be left unidentified.  The shade, darling!  With that said, fans can expect more surprises from Beyonce in the coming months, so stay tuned.
