‘RHOA’ Star, Todd Tucker, Advises Men To Get “Life Experience” Before Settling Down: “I Had Already Been With A Stripper And All Kinds Of Different Women”

Contrary to popular belief, men love to sip tea just as much as women, hence the emergence of several gossipy podcasts hosted by the former. Now, a new online conversation is taking place with the Kandi Koated sponsored Real Talk Real Husbands.

Provided a platform by Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star Kandi Burruss on her YouTube channel Kandi Online, Real Talk is a meeting place for the husbands of the RHOA cast. Currently, Todd Tucker, husband of Burruss, Ralph Pittman, husband of Drew Sidora, and Aaron Ross, husband of Sanya Richards-Ross, are on the podcast hosted by Shamea Morton.

In the third episode, the men recap the infamous tea party on the previous episode of RHOA titled “The Tea Is Served,” but that wasn’t the most interesting part of the moderated conversation. Tucker claimed that Burruss, who he met while working production for the show, attracted him because of her laidback demeanor.

“When I met my wife, we [were] in Africa, Housewives, of course, and I just thought she was cool,” Tucker said. “I was like, ‘Yo, shorty mad cool. She just be chilling — everybody trying to be extra, she’s just chilling.'”

Tucker also attributed timing and life experience to his decision to finally commit before the energetic producer made the revelation that he dated an exotic dancer prior to Burruss.

“I think it’s time, timing was right,” Tucker continued. “I had already been with a stripper and all kinds of different women. No, I’m saying you need that. Men need experiences. You need to experience [expletive] before you go lock it up.”

Tucker continued, “I didn’t care, I used to go up to the club. She had to go give a dance.”

Of course, the strip club is far from taboo for Tucker. Not only has he conducted business in the exotic establishments, but he’s also taken his first daughter, Kaela, to the strip club as a learning and bonding experience. Although Morton was caught off guard that he admitted to dating a stripper, Tucker brushed it off as a life experience that ultimately prepared him for marriage.

“It was an experience,” Tucker said. “We need life experiences before we go settle down. I think a lot of times we settle down before we’ve had experiences and once experience comes to light and you’re married, you’d be [expletive] about to wild out ’cause you ain’t never have that experience.”
