Jerrika Karlae went on Adam22’s No Jumper to clear up the confusion surrounding her relationship with Atlanta rapper Young Thug aka Slime and Atlanta video vixen and now music artist Rubi Rose.
A couple of years ago, Rubi Rose and Jerrika Karlae had a war of words on Twitter when Rubi posted a photo of Young Thug along with a disrespectful message saying “Bae AF”. “At the time, I was young and dumb and I should’ve chilled out,” Rubi told Adam. “[Young Thug] said means things to me, too, although he was the one pushing up on me.”
In her interview on No Jumper, Jerrika said that she didn’t like how Rubi Rose went about the video that she was in with Young Thug. She claimed that Rubi went on social media and told everyone that Jerrika was mad she was in the video and called on set. Jerrika’s response, “I ain’t calling in, I’m pulling up.”
“I didn’t call on set and get upset because she was cast in the video,” Jerrika said in response to Rubi insisting she was jealous. “I think she got the wrong story out,” she told Adam. “I never got mad that she was in Thug’s video…I didn’t even know about the video…I’m always on set for all Thug’s shit.”
Gullible Adam asked why didn’t the video come out and Jerrika admitted it was partly because of her. “The situation was just disrespectful. It got out of hand. It was too messy.”
When Adam asked her why she didn’t know about the video shoot, she said that she got word that Thug had rubbed Rubi’s feet suggesting a clear violation that would cause any boyfriend to omit telling his girlfriend about what’s going on.
The makeup entrepreneur also said that she and Young Thug never had a threesome, although there are rumors. When her and Slime go out to the clubs, Young Thug is usually unbothered by the women surrounding them.

Jerrika and Young Thug met in 2014 at Gucci Mane’s studio. The first time Thug try to date her she turned him down. They became friends until one day he ran into her and asked to date her again. She accepted. Since then, she has been a muse for Young Thug, always by his side and often referenced in his music. They even got engaged in 2015.
The relationship has not been without woes. At one point, Thug cheated, but begged for Jerrika’s forgiveness and gifted her $100k for her pain and suffering. It worked.
In a DJ Vlad interview, Young Thug admitted to some of the issues they faced. When asked what were some of the reasons for them breaking up, Thug responded, “Being in the studio with girls. A lot of little weak things…I guess she has trust issues…She think we just call 50 girls in the studio and have all kind of sex.” The interview is quite hilarious, actually.
